Like the best things in life, French Tuition With Gilles came about as a happy accident as a result of the madness of 2020.

The world became seemingly more digital as our dependancy on video calling grew to maintain business, and to keep in touch with colleagues, friends, and family.

Getting online was a necessary shift to my teaching approach, allowing me to continue to deliver the same exceptional teaching to my students, as well as expand my reach to those a little further out of Suffolk.

Individual Tuition

I work with individual students of all levels that work towards personal goals, or can go on to complete DELF qualifications. From complete beginners to advanced levels, for business of leisure, and GCSE and A Level exam preparation tutoring. Intensive one-to-one tuition is the perfect way to develop new and existing language skills and step up the the next level

Small Groups

Work in small groups up to 4. By working from home, this a great opportunity to learn with family which is a fantastic motivator and can make your classes more comfortable and enjoyable. Plus, you can all practice together outside of lessons. These lessons follow the same structure as individual tuition.

Gilles Guy

Educated at The International House of London — one of the leading language schools in the UK — I developed my own unique approach to teaching by immersing my students in the language, and implementing a solid foundation of grammar. Throughout my now over 24 years of teaching, I've worked with students of all different levels and aspirations, working one-to-one and in business settings.

My approach is based on achieving real results and building confidence in every student. With my years of experience and guidance, my students speak French from the first lesson, with their confidence growing with each lesson. Enthusiasm, and a relaxed approach, will make all the difference to the learner's journey.
