All students can work towards their personal goals and aspiration, or they can go beyond and work towards achieving their DELF certification from complete beginner to advanced level. The DELF (French Studies Diploma) issued by the French Ministry of Education, certify the French language proficiency of foreign students and it is recognised across the worls. The aim for many is to be able to hold a conversation with a French speaker with confidence. I can get you there.

After travelling around the world it became clear that communication is king. So I want to arm my students with the communication skills they need to flourish on a multilingual world. I'm passionate about helping students that are serious about developing their comprehension of the French language. I'll have you speaking from the first lesson, and encourage independent learning outside of our lessons so we can make leaps and bounds with every lesson.
Bonjour, my name is Gilles Guy and I have been living in the UK for the last 25 years, and teaching French for over 20 of those. I was born in the beautiful city of Paris and have a passion for sharing my native tongue with the world.
Inspired by my love of language, I decided to develop a course to help others communicate with more confidence. I completed my training and The International House of London — one of the leading language schools in the UK — before developing my own unique approach to teaching. Immersing my students in the language and implementing a solid foundation of grammar.
My approach is based on achieving real results and building confidence in every student.
How long will it take me to become fluent?
It depends on how much personal work you're prepared to do between lessons. I encourage independent learning in your time away so you can deepen your immersion in the culture through music, TV, film, and literature.
